Giovanni Bruno, Belgium, Bruxelles
In the heart of Brussels, MISS ROSE is a temporary yet impactful project, designed for Michelin-starred chef Giovanni Bruno. Located in a 1960s/70s brutalist building in Le Petit Sablon, the restaurant celebrates the strength and elegance of the feminine world. The space is surreal, sensorial, and theatrical—where pink dominates, and the contrast between raw and soft materials expresses a powerful femininity. MISS ROSE offers a unique visual and gastronomic experience, suspended between brutalism and poetry.
Key points of the project:
- Poetic contrast: A dialogue between brutalist architecture and delicate materials like velvet, carpet, and mirrors.
- Scenic impact:Strategic use of pink and a theatrical composition visible from the street to attract and engage passersby.
- Ephemeral elegance: Quick, budget-conscious yet refined design solutions for a memorable, temporary installation.
