Vapiano 3.0 renews the identity of the iconic restaurant format without betraying its essence, evolving the original concept by Matteo Thun. The new design focuses on warmth, hospitality, and dwell time—transforming the restaurant into a social hub. Authentic materials, lighting effects, wooden furnishings, and handmade artworks shape a rich and dynamic environment. The space unfolds into three functional areas, including an intimate lounge, designed to reflect new ways of experiencing the restaurant.
