The Wienerwald Torfhaus project was conceived to relaunch a historic German restaurant chain founded in 1955 - an icon of family conviviality and quality. The interior design blends memory and innovation: warm materials, handcrafted details, and a central "nest" with a fireplace create a welcoming, atmospheric space. A large panoramic window enhances the natural setting of the Harz region. This venue is designed to awaken nostalgic emotions, reinterpreted with a contemporary and original flair.
